Black Suede Studio accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine footwear within 21 days of the original delivery date. All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Black Suede Studio box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
